How We Handle Your Information

We do not disclose buyers' information to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information only for the following two reasons: firstly, to process your order, and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass on your email address to other organisations unless you have given your consent.

The information we collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number, email address, and account details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold is, to the best of our ability, accurate and based solely upon information we receive from you. It remains as up to date as it can be. You can check what information we hold about you by writing to us. We will delete or correct any inaccuracies promptly. This information is held securely.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Your Personal Information

If you do give us personal information, either by filling out an order form or using the contact form, then you can be assured that this information will only ever be used in the way that you specify. Any sensitive data that you might supply can be assured to be safe. It is at no point stored in any form of electronic retrieval system to which persons outside Pauls Cycles could gain access.

We will not contact you unless it has been requested, nor will you be asked to buy anything and you won't be flooded with email. If your address exists in our mailing list database, every message you receive from it will contain a simple on-click removal facility, which results in immediate removal of that address from the database.

If you would like to inspect the data that we hold with respect to you, then please write, with proof of ID and send a stamped addressed envelope, with a cheque for £10 to cover administrative costs to:

Ordering & Fraud Screening

If you are ordering from us, we will use your information to process your order, carry out fraud screening and deliver goods to you.

Third-Party Processing

Some of your details may be shared with trusted third parties, for example a payment processor or our delivery partners.

  • CitrusPay are our trusted payment services provider. We transfer you to CitrusPay to make payment when you order from us and select our secure checkout. We do not have access to your full payment card information. Payment card information is at no point stored or transferred to/from this website.
  • V12 Finance are our trusted finance provider. If you select to finance your purchase, we transfer you to the V12 Finance site where you will need to provide additional information. We do not have access to any of the additional data you provide to V12 Finance as part of your application.
  • Citrus-Lime are our trusted eCommerce, EPOS and retail database provider.
  • Eknow Consulting are our trusted eCRM data processor partner.
  • Google Analytics are our trusted online analytics provider.

However, if you have never filled out any of the forms on this website, then we will not be holding any data about you.
